James Fawcett has passed away
Farrah's father James Fawcett has passed away this week on Monday, August 23, 2010.  

Mr. Fawcett was born on October 14, 1917. He was the father of our Angel, Farrah Fawcett.  

The funeral service will be on Friday, August 27 at 10am in Houston, TX.

TV Guide Channel will release a new special titled, Sex on TV.  The special looks at the evolution of nudity, sexual content and censorship on American television. 

Pop-culture experts examines sexy TV from Gidget, I Dream of Jeannie, Charlie's Angels, Sex in the City, Gossip Girl -- just to name a few. 

Sex on TV is narrated by Brenda Strong from Desperate Housewives and will air on Sunday, August 15 at 8/7c.

Kate Jackson is working on writing her memoir book with Simon & Schuster released through their imprint Gallery Books. 

 The book is set to be released June 2011.  

Jackson will talk about adoption of her son, battle with her breast cancer and her long entertainment career.

New Charlie's Angels TV Show!!!
I have been hearing rumors for weeks at there was going to be a new Charlie's Angels TV Show. 

Today, I just read a story in Daily Variety which confirms that ABC-TV is getting ready to green light a pilot episode.

The show will be produced by Leonard Goldberg & Drew Barrymore and the pilot is being written by Josh Friedman, who recently adapted the Fox series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.  He is onboard to write and exec produce the new "Angels."

The new series is to play homage to Charlie's Angels but will be an updated version for new viewers!!!

Scarecrow & Mrs. King on DVD
Scarecrow and Mrs. King - The Complete 1st Season is now on dvd.

The show starred our Angel, Kate Jackson and Bruce Boxleitner. Jackson played a divorced housewife who becomes a secret agent with Lee Stetson (Boxleitner).   The series ran on CBS for four years  from October 3, 1983, to May 28, 1987 on CBS.

Scarecrow and Mrs. King - The Complete 1st Season  season had 21 episodes.  Unknown at this time if there will be any fun extras on the box set.
